General Information

Refresh Contacts® are designed to provide temporary relief from dryness and irritation associated with contact lens wear. This product is suitable for both soft and rigid gas permeable (RGP) contact lenses and can be used as often as needed.

Ingredients

The product contains carmellose sodium (5 mg per 1 mL) along with the following ingredients:

  • Sodium chloride
  • Boric acid
  • Sodium borate decahydrate
  • Potassium chloride
  • Calcium chloride dihydrate
  • Magnesium chloride hexahydrate
  • Purite® (50 micrograms/mL, preservative)
  • Sodium hydroxide
  • Hydrochloric acid
  • Purified water

Directions for Use

Always read the label before use.

After use, tightly replace the cap. Allow 5 minutes between administering other eye products.

To lubricate and rewet lenses during the day: With the lenses in place, instill 1 or 2 drops into each eye as needed or as directed by your eye care practitioner. Blink several times.

For extra comfort: Place 1 or 2 drops of Refresh Contacts® eye drops on each side of each lens before application.

Storage & Warnings

Store below 25°C.

Caution: Do not use if:

  • You are allergic to any ingredients.
  • The solution changes color or becomes cloudy.
  • The packaging shows signs of tampering or is damaged.
  • The cap seal is broken.
  • It is past the expiry date.

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, persistent redness or irritation, or if your condition worsens.

May cause temporary blurring of vision. Wait until your vision clears before driving or operating machinery.

To avoid contamination or potential eye injury, do not touch the bottle tip to any surface and avoid direct contact with the eye.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
