Directions for Use

  1. Wash hands before and after treating the wound.
  2. Gently clean and dry the wound and surrounding skin. Clip any excess hair for better adherence and stop any bleeding by applying gentle pressure. Ensure the skin is completely dry.
  3. Remove the dressing from the pouch without cutting it.
  4. Peel off the top half of the backing paper.
  5. Remove the second half of the backing paper and smooth the dressing down over the wound without stretching it, ensuring the pad fully covers the wound.
  6. When removing, do so carefully, especially with elderly or fragile skin. Support the skin with your free hand while gently peeling the dressing away in the direction of hair growth. Change the dressing as necessary, such as if it becomes wet or soiled.

Storage & Warnings

Seek medical advice immediately for all serious wounds and burns, or if redness or discomfort occurs. Apply and remove carefully from sensitive or fragile skin, as frequent dressing changes can lead to skin reddening or damage, particularly on patients with fragile skin or dermatological conditions.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
