Shipping & Returns
All our items are located in Australia and are dispatched promptly. Some items may not be delivered to PO Boxes, and deliveries to rural areas might need to be collected from the nearest freight depot. Standard delivery takes between 1 to 5 business days, with longer times expected for locations outside major metro areas. Assistance may be required for unloading upon delivery, and our couriers deliver to building entrances only. Please be aware that changing your delivery address after placing an order may incur a redirection fee.
We offer a 30 Day Change of Mind Policy for returns. To qualify, products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, along with all included accessories, and must be in new condition. The product should not be marked, damaged, or used in any way. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item does not comply with the return policy, you may be charged for return shipping.
This Returns Policy complies with, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides additional guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
