This item can only be shipped to a postal address, not a P.O. box. Please ensure that your address details, including a contact number, are updated in your account. Assistance may be required to unload the item upon delivery, as our couriers deliver to the building entrance only. Please note that weights and barbell are not included.
Shipping Information
All items are located in Australia and are dispatched quickly. Deliveries to rural areas may require collection from the nearest freight depot. If you cannot accept delivery on the scheduled day, a contact card will be left for you to arrange collection. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days, but longer delays may occur for locations outside major metro areas. Changing the delivery address after placing an order may incur a redirection fee.
Returns Policy
Klika offers a 30 Day Change of Mind Policy. To qualify for a return, products must be in their original, unopened condition with all accessories and manuals included. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase at the customer's expense, and you are responsible for the goods until they are received by Klika. Conditions apply, and returns that do not meet the policy criteria may incur additional shipping costs for their return.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
