Storage & Warnings

All items are located in Australia and are dispatched quickly. Some items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, and deliveries to rural areas may require collection from the nearest freight depot. If you are unable to accept your goods on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left for you to arrange collection. Delivery typically takes between 1 to 5 business days, though longer delays may occur for locations outside major metropolitan areas. Please be aware that assistance may be required to unload the item upon delivery. Our couriers deliver to the building entrance only. Changing the delivery address after placing your order may incur a redirection fee.

Returns Policy

We stand behind our products at Klika, offering a 30-Day Change of Mind Policy. To qualify for a return under this policy, products must be returned in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and in new condition suitable for resale. The product and packaging must not be marked, damaged, or used during the customer's possession.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must follow return instructions provided by Klika staff.
  • Customers are responsible for the goods until they are received by Klika. We accept no liability for loss or damage during transit.
  • If the product is returned in a condition deemed to breach the policy, the customer will bear the cost of shipping for the return of the product.

This Returns Policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our warranties and product support are in addition to the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
