Storage & Warnings

Items are located in Australia and are dispatched quickly. Some items may not be deliverable to PO Boxes, and deliveries to rural areas might require pickup from a nearby freight depot. If unable to accept delivery, a contact card will be left, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery requests. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days, though longer delays may occur for locations outside major metro areas. Assistance may be needed for unloading upon delivery, as couriers only deliver to the building entrance. Post-order address changes may incur a redirection fee.

Returns

Klika offers a 30-Day Change of Mind Policy. To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, in original packaging with all accessories included, and in new condition. Items must be returned to Klika within 30 days of purchase at your own cost. You will remain responsible for the goods until they are received by Klika, and any return that does not comply with the policy may incur shipping costs for its return to you.

This Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
