Shipping
All items are located in Australia and are dispatched promptly. Some items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, and deliveries to rural areas may require pickup from the nearest freight depot. If you cannot accept your goods on the delivery day, a contact card will be left for you to arrange collection. Delivery typically takes between 1 to 5 business days, though longer delays may occur for locations outside major metropolitan areas. Assistance may be needed for unloading upon delivery, as couriers deliver only to the building entrance. A redirection fee applies for any changes made to the delivery address post-order.
Returns
We offer a 30 Day Change of Mind Policy to ensure your satisfaction. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging, along with all included accessories and manuals, and in pristine condition for resale. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase at your own cost. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us, and you must follow the return directions provided by our staff. If the returned product is found to be in breach of the policy, shipping costs for its return will be charged to you.
Our Returns Policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
