Directions for Use
- Drop one POLIDENT cleanser tablet into a container with enough very warm (not hot) water to cover the denture or partial.
- Soak for 15 minutes, or overnight if preferred. Brush the denture or partial with the solution using a soft denture brush.
- Rinse thoroughly with running water and discard any remaining solution immediately after use.
Storage & Warnings
Read all information provided with the product before use. Keep tablets out of reach of children and those at risk of accidental swallowing. Do not place the tablet or solution in the mouth, drink the solution, or use it as a mouthwash. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Do not use if sensitive to any of the ingredients. Causes serious eye irritation. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists. Harmful if swallowed; if swallowed, contact the Poisons Information Centre or a doctor. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. Do not use if the sealed packet is torn or broken. Tablets are for single use only.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
