Directions for Use
For best results, please keep the carton for the directions for use. Carefully read all information provided with the product before using.
Applying:
- Clean and dry your dentures.
- Apply product as indicated, avoiding application too close to the edges of the denture.
- Rinse your mouth.
- Press the denture into place, hold firmly, and bite down for a few seconds to secure the hold.
Removing:
- Swish your mouth with water.
- Slowly remove the denture using a rocking motion.
- Remove adhesive residue from both the denture and mouth using warm water and a soft brush.
- Use POLIDENT Cleanser to thoroughly clean your denture, then rinse well with water.
Storage & Warnings
Please keep the carton for directions for use and read all information provided before using the product. Keep out of reach of children. Some individuals may be sensitive or allergic to this product; discontinue use immediately if you experience any allergic reaction or discomfort. Other side effects such as oral irritations or gastrointestinal symptoms may occur. While swallowing small amounts of this product, when used as directed, is not harmful, it is important to ensure proper denture fit to avoid health issues. Regular dental check-ups are recommended. To prevent clogging, keep the nozzle and cap dry and replace the cap after use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
