Polident Hold + Comfort is specially formulated to provide enhanced comfort while securely holding partial and full dentures in place throughout the day. The adhesive activates upon contact with saliva, creating a soft cushioning layer that absorbs pressure from your denture, allowing you to enjoy the freedom to eat, speak, and smile confidently.

Cellulose gum, Petrolatum, Mineral Oil, Calcium/Sodium PVM/MA Copolymer, Carbomer.

Directions for Use

For optimal results, follow these steps:

  • Start with a small amount of adhesive; adjust as needed. If oozing occurs, reduce the amount used in future applications.
  • Clean and dry your denture before application. Rinse your mouth to prepare for insertion.
  • Apply the adhesive as follows:
    • For upper dentures: Apply in a continuous strip along the length and two shorter strips in the middle.
    • For lower dentures: Apply in a continuous strip along the length.
    • For partial dentures: Apply two short strips.
  • Press your denture into place and hold firmly while biting down for a few seconds to secure the hold.

To remove, swish your mouth with warm water, and gently remove the denture using a rocking motion. Clean any adhesive residue with warm water and a soft brush, and use Polident Daily Cleanser for thorough cleaning.

Storage & Warnings

Store out of reach of children. Some individuals may experience sensitivity or allergic reactions. Discontinue use immediately if discomfort occurs. Ensure to keep the tip of the nozzle dry to prevent clogging, and seal the cap after use. For any concerns, consult your dental health professional regularly to check the fit of your dentures.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
