Directions for Use

For best results, start with a small amount of adhesive and adjust as needed. Too much adhesive may cause oozing; if this happens, use less next time. Typically, applying once a day is sufficient for a secure hold. If multiple applications are necessary, consult your dental health professional.

Applying:

  1. Clean and dry your denture.
  2. Apply Polident once a day in short strips as indicated on the product carton, ensuring not to apply too close to the edges.
  3. Rinse your mouth before inserting the denture.
  4. Press the denture into place, hold firmly, and bite down for a few seconds.

Removing:

  1. Swish your mouth with warm water.
  2. Slowly remove the denture using a rocking motion.
  3. Clean any adhesive residue from your denture and mouth with warm water and a soft brush.
  4. Use Polident Daily Cleanser to thoroughly clean your denture, then rinse with water.

Storage & Warnings

Please retain the carton for the directions for use and carefully read all information provided with the product before use. Keep out of reach of children. Some individuals may experience sensitivity or allergic reactions; discontinue use immediately if this occurs. Other side effects may include oral irritations and gastrointestinal symptoms (e.g., nausea). Swallowing small amounts of the product, when used as directed, is not harmful. Ill-fitting dentures may affect your health; visit your dentist regularly to check the fit. To prevent the tip from clogging, keep the cap and nozzle dry, and resecure the cap after use.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
