Directions for Use
1. Wash both the scar and your hands according to the cleaning instructions.
2. Open the non-sterile pouch containing the silicone gel sheet.
3. Carefully remove the gel sheet from the plastic substrate liner(s) before use.
4. The gel sheet may be cut to size with scissors or a scalpel as needed. Ensure that the tacky side fully covers the scar while extending ¼ inch beyond the scar's border.
5. The optimal wearing time for the silicone gel sheeting is 24 hours per day. If continuous wear is not possible, a minimum of 12 hours is required. The sheeting must be washed and reapplied during this time.
6. Follow the cleaning instructions by removing the sheeting every 12 hours and washing it in warm soapy water. Rinse, air dry, and ensure it is completely dry before reapplying.
7. Replace the gel sheeting after 1 to 2 weeks of use as it may lose adhesive quality or collect dirt. The recommended use period is typically 8 to 12 weeks.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the product is kept sealed until use. Due to the intimate nature of these products, returns are not accepted once the packaging has been opened.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
