General Information

Pinetarsol is a cleansing bath oil designed for rapid relief of itch and inflammation. Its water-dispersible formula gently cleanses while replenishing moisture, effectively alleviating itchiness to prevent further irritation. This non-greasy, mild formulation is suitable for treating large areas of the body during bathing. It is important to avoid soap, as even mild soaps can have a high pH (9 to 11) that may irritate red, itchy skin. Pinetarsol contains natural Pine Tar to help maintain the skin's natural oils and mitigate aggravation of skin conditions.

It is effective in relieving symptoms associated with eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, chicken pox, nappy rash, sunburn, prickly heat, hives, insect bites, and anal and genital itching.

Directions for Use

For best results, shake the bottle before use. One capful contains 10ml.

  • Bath: Add 15-30 ml to a warm to tepid bath (5ml for a baby's bath or hand basin). Soak for 5-10 minutes once daily, or more frequently in severe cases. Pat skin dry after bathing.
  • Shower: Apply a small amount onto wet skin, leave for a few minutes, then briefly rinse. Pat skin dry afterward.

Storage & Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. The product may make the bath slippery; handle with care, especially with infants. Keep out of reach of children. This product may increase the flammability of dressings and clothing when exposed to naked flames.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
