General Information

The Pigeon Flexible PPSU Bottle is designed for use with Pigeon Flexible Peristaltic Teats. Made from medical-grade plastic (PPSU; polyphenylsulfone), this bottle has a natural honey tone and is suitable for frequent use. It is considered the gold standard for plastic baby bottles. The bottle comes with a Flexible Peristaltic teat, featuring a slim neck and double thickness silicone to ensure optimal softness and flexibility for comfortable latching. Additionally, the teat includes a unique venting system to minimize swallowed air and help reduce colic. This product is free from BPA and BPS.

Directions for Use

  • Before first use and after every use, wash thoroughly and sterilize the bottle.
  • To assemble, insert the teat into the top of the bottle cap/collar.
  • Press down firmly to ensure the teat is secure.
  • Press to check that the air ventilation system opens properly.
  • Screw the cap onto the bottle.

Storage & Warnings

When preparing formula:

  • The bottle may become hot; handle it carefully to avoid burns.
  • If the bottle is shaken upright, hot liquid may come out, causing burns.
  • Do not attach the hood and shake the bottle, as high temperatures may increase pressure inside, possibly causing leaks.
  • Do not prepare formula near your baby to avoid burn risks.
  • Always check the temperature of the milk or other fluid before feeding.
  • After boiling or microwave sterilization, the bottle will be hot; use caution to avoid burns.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
