General Information
Panadol Rapid Soluble effervescent tablets offer fast and effective temporary relief for various types of pain. With a refreshing lemon flavor, these tablets are absorbed twice as fast as regular Panadol tablets. They are designed to alleviate discomfort associated with headaches, muscular aches, menstrual pain, toothaches, migraine headaches, colds, and flu symptoms.

Ingredients
Each effervescent tablet contains:
- Paracetamol: 500 mg
- Sucrose
- Saccharin Sodium
- Aspartame
- Phenylalanine
Note: Contains Phenylalanine.
Directions for Use
For adults and children aged 12 years and above, take 2 caplets every 4-6 hours with water as needed. Do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours.
Do not use if you are phenylketonuric.
Storage & Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Ensure seals are intact before use. Do not use if:
- You are allergic to paracetamol
- You are using other medicines containing paracetamol
- You are under 12 years of age
- You are aged 12-17 and need to use for more than 48 hours without medical advice
- You are phenylketonuric
- You need to use for more than a few days at a time in adults without medical advice
- Any seals on the packaging are broken
- The package use-by date has expired
Consult a doctor immediately if you experience an allergic skin reaction, shortness of breath, or wheezing after taking Panadol. In case of overdose, contact the Poisons Information Centre or seek immediate medical attention.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
