General Information
The PainPod Heat is the first FDA-cleared TENS device that integrates heat therapy for the relief of muscle pain, arthritis pain, and chronic pain. Clinical studies indicate that the combination of TENS and heat is significantly more effective than using either method alone. The PainPod Heat can be used with TENS, EMS, and heat either separately or in combination. The device can be connected directly to the included Heat Pad, or the wire attachment can be used for handheld operation. Please note that it is only compatible with the PainPod Heat Pad and should not be used with other pads or accessories.

Directions for Use
- Connect the pad to the device or to the extension connector and then attach it to the device.
- Clean the skin, remove the plastic film, and attach the pad to the desired area, ensuring firm contact.
- Turn on the device by pressing the ON/OFF switch for 3 seconds; the display will light up.
- Select the desired mode by pressing the 'M' button; there are 8 modes available.
- Adjust the intensity to a comfortable level using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Set the desired time duration by pressing 'T'; options include 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 minutes, with a default of 30 minutes.
- Select the preferred heat level; Level 1 heats up to 40°C, Level 2 to 43°C, or turn the heat off.
- To switch off the device, press the ON/OFF switch for 3 seconds. The device will also turn off automatically when the timer counts down to zero.
Note: Tapping the power button will lock the touch screen, illuminating a padlock icon. Only the intensity decrease function will work while locked. Tap the power button again to unlock.
Storage & Warnings
Store the device in a comfortable temperature range between 5°C (41°F) and 27°C (80.6°F) with humidity levels between 35% and 50%.

Contraindications: Do not use the device if you have a pacemaker or any electronic implants, a cochlear implant, are under 37 weeks pregnant (on the torso), have a severe heart disorder, suffer from epilepsy, or have existing DVT. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, prone to seizures, have cancer, or are recovering from cancer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
