General Information

The PainPod Conductor Gel is an ion-based conductive gel solution designed for use with all PainPod gel pads, as well as those from other brands. Each 60ml bottle contains a gel that enhances the adhesion of your gel pads to the skin, improves electrical conduction, and helps to moisturize the pads.

Directions for Use

To ensure your gel pads adhere better to your skin, follow these simple instructions:

  • Remove the plastic covers from your gel pads.
  • Apply a drop or two of PainPod Conductor Gel on each pad.
  • Use your fingertip to spread the gel evenly over the gel surface.
  • Allow the gel to air dry for 20-30 seconds.
  • Apply the pads to clean, dry skin.
  • Turn on the device and begin treatment.

Tips: New pads typically do not require conductor gel. Pads applied over oily or lotioned skin may lose stickiness more quickly. The gel also helps to rehydrate dry pads. For more information on pad usage and storage, visit our website.

Storage & Warnings

Store at room temperature (below 40°C). Keep out of reach of children.

Contraindications: Do not use this gel with an electrotherapy device if you have a pacemaker, any electronic implanted device, a cochlear implant, are less than 37 weeks pregnant, have a severe heart disorder, suffer from epilepsy, or have existing Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT). Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, prone to seizures, have cancer, or are recovering from cancer.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
