Directions for Use

To use the heat patch, remove it from the protective packet and take off the protective layer. Apply the patch to the painful area, ensuring full surface contact with clothing. It may take up to 10 minutes to reach the intended temperature. Do not wear the patch on the same area for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period. For period pain, place the adhesive side on underwear, not directly on the skin. For added stability on flexible joints, use dressing tape to secure the patch.

Storage & Warnings

Store in a cool, dry place. Due to high temperatures, do not apply the patch directly to the skin. It must be worn over clothing only. Discontinue use if you experience discomfort, irritation, excessive heat, burning sensations, swelling, or any persistent skin changes. Do not use the patch if you have recently applied other heat products, creams, or ointments. Avoid use on sensitive skin, bruises, recent injuries, or if you have diabetes, circulatory problems, or other specified conditions. This product is for external use only and should not be ingested. In case of accidental swallowing or contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children and pets. The patch is single-use only; do not attempt to reheat. Check the area of application regularly to avoid burns or irritation.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
