Directions for Use
To use, remove the patch from the protective packet (for external use only) and peel away the protective layer. Place the patch on the clothing over the painful area, ensuring full contact with the fabric. Avoid direct skin contact, as it may take up to 10 minutes to reach the desired temperature. Do not wear the patch on the same area for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period. For period pain, apply the adhesive part to underwear instead of directly to the skin. Use dressing tape for added stability on flexible joints. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, consult a health professional.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Due to the high temperatures the patch may reach, do not apply it directly to the skin; it should only be worn on clothing. Discontinue use if any discomfort, irritation, excessive heat, swelling, redness, or other skin changes occur. The patch should not be used in the following situations:
- With other heating products, creams, or ointments.
- On injured or sensitive skin, or in areas with recent bruising or swelling.
- Without supervision for elderly individuals, children, or those with sensitive skin.
- While sleeping or under prolonged pressure.
- If you have allergies, diabetes, open wounds, or other skin conditions.
- If you cannot apply or remove the patch independently, unless directed by a health professional.
- While undergoing MRI tests or using cortisone-based topicals.
- During sporting activities.
- If the patch is damaged or leaking.
For external use only. Do not ingest, as the ingredients can be harmful. In case of accidental swallowing, seek immediate medical advice. If any material contacts skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention. This patch is for single use only and should not be reheated in a microwave or oven. Keep out of reach of children and pets, as this product can cause burns. Check the application area periodically for any signs of burns or irritation. Avoid using on sensitive body parts to reduce the risk of burns. In individuals over 55 years of age, the risk of burns may be increased. Do not cut, massage, fold, or wet the patch, and do not use if it is damaged or torn.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
