Directions for Use
- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after putting on the mask.
- To ensure proper fit, put on the mask and adjust the elastic straps around your ears comfortably.
- The mask should cover your nose, mouth, and chin.
- Position the elastic straps behind your ears to keep the mask in place.
- Use the bendable edge of the mask to shape it to your nose for optimal breathability.
- Avoid touching the mask frequently, as this may reduce its effectiveness. If you must touch your face, wash your hands before and after.
- To remove the mask, avoid touching the front, as it may be contaminated.
- Fold the mask outward after removal and place it into a disposable bag before disposing of it in a closed bin.
- This mask is for single-use only and should not be worn for more than four hours. Replace it immediately if it becomes damaged or soiled.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
