Oxysept Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfecting Solution

General Information

Oxysept Hydrogen Peroxide is a disinfecting and neutralizing solution designed for all soft contact lenses. It features a Vitamin B12 color indicator for safety during the neutralization process. The Gore-Tex lens case prevents solution leakage while allowing oxygen gas to escape, ensuring that disinfection is effective. This solution contains HPMC as a built-in lubricant for added comfort, is preservative-free, and is compatible with all silicone hydrogel materials.

  • Disinfecting and neutralizing system for soft contact lenses
  • Vitamin B12 color indicator for safety
  • Gore-Tex lens case to prevent leakage
  • Prolonged action with delayed neutralization
  • Built-in lubricant for enhanced comfort
  • Preservative-free
  • Compatible with silicone hydrogel materials

Ingredients

  • Oxysept Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfecting Solution: purified water, hydrogen peroxide 3%

Directions for Use

Daily Lens Care:

  1. Wash and dry your hands before handling lenses.
  2. Remove the cap containing lens baskets from the lens case and place the lenses in the appropriate baskets.
  3. Fill the lens case to the fill line with Oxysept Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfecting Solution.
  4. Insert one Hydrogen Peroxide Neutralizing Tablet into the lens case.
  5. Replace the lens holder in the lens case and tighten the cap.
  6. Gently turn the lens case upside down and upright three times.
  7. Allow the lenses to soak for a minimum of 6 hours to overnight for proper disinfection and neutralization. The solution will turn pink when the tablet has dissolved, indicating the process is underway.
  8. Before removing lenses, turn the lens case upside down for 5 seconds to ensure full neutralization of residual solution.
  9. Rinse the lenses with saline solution before inserting them into your eyes.
  10. Thoroughly rinse the entire lens case assembly with saline solution. Do not use soap or detergent, and allow it to air dry.
