Directions for Use
To ensure the correct fit of the CTi3 brace, accurate measurements of knee width are necessary. Measure knee circumference and medial-lateral caliper measurements. Use a caliper or two books to determine this distance. The brace is available for the left or right leg and comes in four sizes: S, M, L, and XL.

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria, with a minimum delivery timeframe of 1-2 days, depending on location. Each order includes an Australia Post tracking number for shipment updates. Returns Policy

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, we have a strict 7-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you wish to return or exchange an item, contact us via email with your order number and product details. Products with major issues may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, including foot health products, above neck products, and braces. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we are at fault. For accepted change of mind returns, a partial refund will be provided upon receipt of the item in acceptable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
