Directions for Use
Add OsmoLax Relief to your drink of choice, such as water, juice, soft drink, tea, or coffee, according to the dosage instructions below. Stir until dissolved and then consume. OsmoLax Relief typically produces results within 1-3 days, and it should be taken until your natural rhythm is restored. The dosage can be adjusted as needed to achieve regular, comfortable stools. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
OsmoLax Relief can be mixed and stored in the fridge for up to 6 hours. Discard any unused solution after this period. It should be taken 2 hours before or after other medications.
Dosage Instructions
This pack contains 7 x 17g adult doses.
- Adults and children over 12 years: One sachet (17g) mixed with 1 cup (approx. 240mL) of liquid once daily. This can be increased to a maximum of 2 sachets daily, depending on the severity of constipation.
- Children 6 to 12 years: One sachet (17g) mixed with 1 cup (approx. 240mL) of liquid once daily to ensure regular, soft, comfortable stools.
- Children 4 to 5 years: The usual starting dose is to mix one sachet with 1 cup (approx. 240mL) of liquid and provide half (approx. 120mL) to the child. This can be increased to the full cup daily if necessary for regular, soft stools.
Storage & Warnings
- Do not take OsmoLax Relief if you are allergic to macrogol (polyethylene glycol).
- If you are pregnant, likely to become pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications, consult your healthcare professional before use.
- Avoid using OsmoLax Relief if you have an intestinal obstruction, perforated gut wall, severe ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, toxic megacolon, or kidney damage.
- Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to complications.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
