The Opti-Soothe® Moist Heat Mask is designed to provide soothing relief for Dry Eye and related issues such as Chalazion and Styes. This reusable mask is quick and easy to use, comfortable to wear, and can be washed and reused.
Utilizing advanced technology, the mask absorbs moisture from the air and releases a constant moist heat, effectively relieving conditions including Blepharitis and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) in addition to Dry Eye.
The mask can also be used for cold therapy to alleviate symptoms of eye allergies, puffiness, and irritation from contact lens wear.

Directions for Use
To heat the mask, place it in an 800W microwave for up to 25 seconds on maximum power, or heat for 15 seconds in a 900W+ microwave. Always check the temperature before applying it to closed eyes. If necessary, allow the mask to cool for 1 minute before checking the temperature again. If additional heat is needed, microwave for another 5 seconds.
For cold therapy, seal the mask in a plastic bag and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Wear it over closed eyes for 5-7 minutes.

Do not heat for more than 30 seconds. The mask retains heat for 10 minutes. If used again within 30 minutes, shorten the heating time by 10 seconds. For best results, apply the heated mask to closed eyes for 10 minutes, or as directed by your eye care professional.
If the mask comes into contact with food, oils, grease, or dirt, wash it immediately by hand using a mild detergent in cooled, boiled water or clean bottled water. Allow it to air dry for at least 24 hours before reusing.
Storage & Warnings
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Use the mask exclusively for its intended purpose and do not share it with others. Avoid applying it to sensitive skin or open wounds. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have poor circulation, difficulty sensing heat, diabetes, recent eye surgery, or any medical condition affecting the eyes or surrounding skin.
Do not swallow the contents of the mask. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice. Regularly inspect the mask and dispose of it if it appears worn or damaged. Please note that the mask's head straps contain latex.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
