Ingredients

The solution contains the following ingredients:

  • Sodium citrate
  • Sodium chloride
  • Sodium borate
  • Propylene glycol
  • TearGlyde™ proprietary dual action reconditioning system (TETRONIC™ 1304, nonanoyl ethylenediaminetriacetic acid)
  • POLYQUAD™ (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% and ALDOX™ (myristamidopropyl dimethylamine) 0.0005% preservatives
  • Purified water

Directions for Use

  • Remove the seal around the bottleneck completely before use.
  • Wash and rinse hands thoroughly, and dry with a clean, lint-free towel before handling contact lenses.
  • Clean, recondition, rinse, and disinfect your lenses after each removal.
  • Always handle the same lens (right or left) first to avoid mix-ups.
  • Rinse a new Alcon Contact Lens Case with Opti-Free™ Replenish™ Solution before use.
  • Wet each side of the lens with Opti-Free™ Replenish™ Solution and rub for 10 seconds on each side.
  • Rinse each side of the lens for 10 seconds with the solution.
  • Store lenses in the lens case with fresh Opti-Free™ Replenish™ Solution overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • If debris remains on lenses, rinse with Opti-Free™ Replenish™ Solution before insertion.
  • After use, clean the lens case with fresh Opti-Free™ Replenish™ Solution. Do not wash the lens case with water.
  • Always use fresh solution and do not reuse the solution in the lens case.

Storage & Warnings

  • Do not use if allergic to any ingredients.
  • Follow your eye care professional's directions and all label instructions.
  • Do not reuse or "top off" solution in the lens case.
  • Replace your lens case frequently to help prevent infections.
  • Store between 15 °C to 30 °C and keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
  • Use before the expiration date marked on the product.
  • Discard any remaining solution after six months once opened.
  • Keep out of reach of children and supervise use by adults.
  • Do not use water, saline solution, or rewetting drops to disinfect lenses.
  • Consult your eye care professional if you experience persistent eye discomfort or vision changes.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
