OPTI-FREE™ PureMoist™ is a multi-purpose disinfecting solution specifically designed for the care of soft and silicone hydrogel contact lenses. This solution cleans lenses thoroughly, providing all-day comfort and hydration.

Ingredients
Active ingredients include:
- POLYQUAD™ (polyquaternium-1) 0.001%
- ALDOX™ (myristamidopropyl dimethylamine) 0.0006%
Other ingredients:
- Sodium citrate
- Sodium chloride
- Boric acid
- Sorbitol
- Aminomethylpropanol
- Disodium EDTA
- Two wetting agents: TETRONIC™ 1304 and HydraGlyde™ Moisture Matrix
- Purified water
Directions for Use
- Thoroughly wet each side of the lens with OPTI-FREE PureMoist™ Solution.
- Rub each side of the lens for 10 seconds (20 seconds total).
- Rinse each side of the lens with a steady stream of OPTI-FREE PureMoist™ Solution for 10 seconds (20 seconds total).
- Fill your lens case with fresh OPTI-FREE PureMoist™ Solution.
- Store lenses in the closed lens case overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- If any debris remains, rinse with OPTI-FREE PureMoist™ Solution prior to insertion.
- Lenses can be stored in the unopened lens case for up to 30 days before cleaning and disinfecting is required.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C. It is crucial to follow your eye care professional's directions and all label instructions for the proper use and care of your lenses and lens care products. Do not reuse or "top off" solution in the lens case as this may reduce effective disinfection. Seek immediate advice from an eye care professional if you experience persistent discomfort, excess tearing, vision changes, or redness of the eye.
For the best results, only use the solution for its intended purposes and consult your eye care professional if you have any allergies related to the ingredients.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
