General Information
OPSITE Post-Op is a breathable, bacteria-proof, and waterproof dressing that utilizes REACTIC™ film technology. It is designed to last for up to 7 days and is suitable for minor cuts, grazes, and stitches. The low allergy adhesive minimizes the risk of skin irritation.
This dressing allows excess moisture to evaporate, which may help reduce the risk of skin damage during prolonged exposure to moisture. The top film serves as a bacterial barrier, protecting the wound from germs and dirt, potentially lowering the risk of infection.

Directions for Use
- Wash hands before and after treating the wound.
- Gently clean and dry the wound and surrounding skin. Stop any bleeding by applying pressure if necessary, and ensure the skin is completely dry around the wound.
- Remove the dressing from the pouch.
- Peel off the top release paper marked "1".
- Place the dressing on the wound using light pressure.
- Remove the second release paper marked "1" and smooth down the dressing.
- Remove the top covering marked "2".
- To remove the dressing, lift one corner and gently stretch the film parallel to the skin.
Storage & Warnings
As with all adhesive products, apply and remove carefully from sensitive or fragile skin. Seek medical advice immediately for serious wounds and burns, or if redness or discomfort occurs. For single use only.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
