OPSITE FLEXIGRID Dressing is a transparent, waterproof and showerproof film dressing designed for blisters, minor burns, and scalds. This dressing features a low allergy adhesive that creates a bacterial barrier, which may help minimize the risk of infection. It can be easily cut into strips or shapes, allowing for application in awkward areas while maintaining a moist wound environment to promote faster healing.

Directions for Use
Dressing Care:
- Wash hands before and after treating the wound.
- Gently clean the wound, removing any debris, and dry the surrounding skin. Ensure that the surrounding skin remains dry before application. Do not apply if the wound is bleeding heavily.
- Remove the dressing from the pouch.
Dressing Removal:
- To remove the dressing, lift one corner and pull it parallel to your skin, while supporting the dressing with your other hand. The dressing will easily lift off as the adhesive is broken.
- Handle and dispose of the used dressing with care and discard hygienically.
OPSITE Dressings should be left in place until the wound has healed. For burns and scalds, it is important to keep the dressing on for as long as possible (up to 7 days). Do not wear the same dressing for more than 7 days. If leakage occurs, change the dressing.
- Remove the backing paper marked 1, taking care not to touch the adhesive side.
- Place the dressing over the wound using light pressure.
- Remove the backing paper marked 2, and smooth the dressing down, pressing around the edges.
- Remove the green grid marked 3 by peeling away the side tab.
Storage & Warnings
Precautions for Use:
- Seek medical advice for all serious wounds and burns, or if redness or discomfort occurs.
- Not for use on infected wounds.
- Apply and remove carefully from sensitive or fragile skin to avoid damage.
- Take extra care when removing the dressing from blisters to avoid damaging the fragile skin layer.
- If the wound appears to be getting larger after the first few dressing changes, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
- If any signs of reddening, inflammation, excess tissue, skin breakdown, or allergic reactions appear, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
- Do not re-use the product to prevent cross-contamination and ensure effective therapy. Once opened, do not retain unused dressings for later application.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
