The OPSITE FLEXIGRID Dressing is a transparent, waterproof, and showerproof film dressing designed for use on blisters, minor burns, and scalds. Each dressing measures 10cm x 12cm.

Directions for Use
OPSITE Dressings should remain in place until the wound has healed. For burns and scalds, it is important to keep the dressing on for as long as possible, up to 7 days. Do not use the same dressing for more than 7 days. If leakage occurs, change the dressing.
Dressing Care:
- Wash hands before and after treating the wound.
- Gently clean the wound, removing any debris, and dry the surrounding skin. Ensure the surrounding area remains dry before application. Do not apply if the wound is bleeding heavily.
- Remove the dressing from the pouch.
- Remove the backing paper marked "1," taking care not to touch the adhesive side.
- Place the dressing over the wound, using light pressure.
- Remove the backing paper marked "2," and smooth the dressing down, pressing around the edges.
- Remove the green grid marked "3" by peeling away the side tab.
Dressing Removal:
- To remove the dressing, lift one corner and pull it parallel to your skin while supporting the dressing with the other hand. Stretching the dressing will help it lift off easily.
- Handle and dispose of the used dressing carefully and hygienically after use.
Storage & Warnings
Seek medical advice immediately for all serious wounds and burns, or if redness or discomfort occurs. Not for use on infected wounds. Use caution when applying and removing from sensitive or fragile skin, as frequent changes can lead to skin irritation or damage.
For blisters, be extra careful when removing the dressing, as the top layer of skin may be fragile. If the wound continues to enlarge after several dressing changes, stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional.
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if any signs of redness, inflammation, excessive tissue, skin breakdown, or allergic reactions occur. The product should not be reused to avoid cross-contamination; once opened, do not save for later use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
