Directions for Use
Please read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product prior to use:
- Avoid bathing, consuming alcohol or caffeine, smoking, exercising, and eating for 30 minutes before taking a measurement.
- Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking the measurement.
- If using the Bluetooth® function, ensure the device is synced to your smartphone.
- Sit upright in a chair with your legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor, ensuring your back and arm are supported.
- Remove tight-fitting clothing from your arm; do not roll up a tight sleeve or place the cuff over thick clothing.
- Wrap the cuff firmly around the left upper arm. Refer to the instruction manual for right arm usage.
- Position the monitor with the START/STOP button facing your body for ease of use.
- The bottom edge of the cuff should be 1 to 2 cm above your elbow.
- Rest your arm on a table to ensure the cuff is at heart level.
- Ensure a solid connection of the air plug and cuff to the main unit.
- Remain still and avoid talking during the measurement.
- Press the START/STOP button; the cuff will inflate, and results will display on the screen within approximately 30-60 seconds.
- The reading will be automatically saved in memory.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
