Directions for Use
Please read the full Instructions for Use included with the product before using.
- Avoid bathing, consuming alcohol or caffeine, smoking, exercising, and eating for 30 minutes before measurement.
- Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a reading.
- If using the Bluetooth® function, sync the device to your smartphone.
- Sit upright on a chair with legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor, ensuring your back and arm are supported.
- Remove tight clothing from your arm; do not roll up a tight sleeve or place the cuff over thick clothes.
- Wrap the cuff firmly around the left upper arm; refer to the manual for right arm use.
- Position the monitor with the START/STOP button facing your body for easier use.
- The bottom edge of the cuff should be 1 to 2 cm above your elbow.
- Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is level with your heart.
- Ensure a solid connection between the air plug and the cuff to the main unit.
- Remain still and do not talk during measurement.
- Press the START/STOP button; the cuff will inflate and the result will display in approximately 30-60 seconds.
- The reading will be saved automatically in memory.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. For individuals with high blood pressure, consult your doctor to evaluate the readings. Periodically check your device for accuracy. The Omron Blood Pressure Monitor can detect irregular heartbeats, which may assist with early diagnosis; however, only a doctor can diagnose arrhythmia.

The product comes with a 6-year warranty: 3 years standard plus an additional 3 years when registered online.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
