Directions for Use
Start with limited use, applying once every three nights. Gradually increase the frequency to daily use if tolerated. Apply evenly over a cleansed face and neck. Avoid using multiple retinol products at the same time and incorporate a UV protector during the day.
Storage & Warnings
Avoid contact with eyes; rinse immediately with water if contact occurs. Discontinue use if skin irritation develops. If irritation occurs, either reduce the frequency of application or discontinue use. Always use sunscreen and limit sun exposure. Some users may experience temporary dryness, flaking, mild redness, or tingling, which are normal indications of the product's effectiveness. For sensitive skin, limit use to twice a week and gradually increase to daily application as tolerated.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
