Directions for Use

To activate the thermometer, gently tap it or hit it against a firm surface. The digital display will show the accurate temperature for the room or bath. For bath water, place the thermometer directly in the water; the ideal temperature for baby’s bath is approximately 98.6°F/37°C. If the water is too hot, the thermometer will flash red and display 'HOT'. The recommended room temperature is 19°C.

Storage & Warnings

Always supervise your child while bathing and keep this product out of reach of children. Follow the instructions included for battery replacement. Note the following warnings:

  • This product contains a coin battery. If swallowed, a lithium coin battery can cause severe injuries within 2 hours.
  • Regularly check the device to ensure the battery compartment is secure.
  • Dispose of used coin batteries immediately and safely.
  • If you suspect a child has swallowed a battery, seek immediate medical attention.

Remove all packaging components before use and retain this information for future reference. Battery included.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Shipping Damage

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
