General Information
Novalac Sweet Dreams is a premium infant formula specially designed for hungry babies. It helps prolong the feeling of fullness, extending the time between feeds. This formula nourishes your baby with essential daily nutrients and minerals and is suitable for ongoing everyday use for infants from birth to 12 months of age. For babies over 6 months, it is recommended to introduce solid food in addition to the formula.

Ingredients
Skimmed cow's milk, vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, soy, rapeseed), maltodextrin, corn starch, lactose (milk), emulsifier (soy lecithin), L-cystine, vitamins (A, B1, B12, B2, B6, C, D3, E, K1, biotin, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid), choline bitartrate, sodium chloride, L-tryptophan, taurine, L-isoleucine, ferrous sulphate, inositol, zinc sulphate, magnesium oxide, antioxidants (extract rich in tocopherols), L-carnitine, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, cupric sulphate, manganese sulphate. Contains milk and soy.
Directions for Use
WARNING: Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not alter the proportions of powder without medical advice, as incorrect preparation can result in serious illness for your baby.
Always wash your hands before preparing a bottle. Each bottle should be prepared individually using only the measuring scoop provided. It is recommended to use the formula immediately after preparation.
- Wash the feeding bottle, cap, teat, and any utensils to be used, then sterilize them in boiling water.
- Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to 40°C. Pour the required amount of water (refer to the Feeding Guide) into the bottle.
- Measure the correct quantity of formula (refer to the Feeding Guide) into the bottle using the scoop provided. Always use one level scoopful (4.3g) per 30mL of water.
- Secure the lid on the bottle, roll it between your palms, and then shake for at least 30 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved. Let it cool to lukewarm temperature (37°C) without re-shaking. Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding.
The formula should be consumed within one hour of preparation. Any leftover formula after feeding should be discarded.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
