Active Ingredients: Nicotine 17.5mg/patch (7mg over 24 hours)
Directions for Use
After 6-8 weeks of using Nicotinell Step 1 and/or Step 2 Patches, you can transition to Nicotinell Patch Step 3 (7 mg) to begin weaning off nicotine.
To apply Nicotinell Patches:
- Remove the patch from the packet and peel off any protective film.
- Apply the patch to a clean, hairless, and dry area of skin, such as the upper arm, chest, abdomen, or hip. Ensure the area is free from creams or lotions.
- Press the patch firmly for 10-20 seconds with your palm, ensuring it adheres well.
- After 24 hours, remove the patch and apply a new one to a different area of skin. Avoid reapplying to the same area for at least 7 days.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C.
Note: Nicotinell® Gum 4 mg or Nicotinell® Lozenges 4 mg should NOT be used in conjunction with Nicotinell® Patches.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
