Ingredients
Active Ingredient: Nicotine 2mg (as polacrilex)
Contains:
- 15mg of sodium per lozenge, which should be considered by individuals on a low sodium diet.
- 15.23g of mannitol per 15 lozenges, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea.
Directions for Use
Please read the package insert before use. Nicotinell® Lozenges are intended for smokers who have their first cigarette of the day more than 30 minutes after waking up.
To use Nicotinell® Lozenges:
- Place one lozenge in your mouth.
- Move it from one side of your mouth to the other periodically.
- Continue until the lozenge is fully dissolved. Do not chew, suck, or swallow the lozenge whole. Only use one lozenge at a time and do not exceed 15 lozenges per day.
To effectively manage cravings:
- Weeks 1-6: Have one lozenge every 1-2 hours, with a minimum of 9 lozenges per day.
- Weeks 7-9: Have one lozenge every 2-4 hours.
- Weeks 10-12: Have one lozenge every 4-8 hours.
Storage & Warnings
For optimal results, Nicotinell® Lozenges should be stored in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Consult with a healthcare professional if you have health conditions or are taking medications.
Note: Nicotinell® Gum 4 mg or Nicotinell® Lozenges 4 mg should not be used with Nicotinell® Patches.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
