Ingredients
Nicotinell® Gum contains the following active ingredients:
- Nicotine (2mg per gum)
- Saccharin sodium
- Sorbitol
- Xylitol
- Mannitol
- Calcium carbonate
- Gelatin
- Glycerol
- Menthol
- Polacrilin
- Sodium bicarbonate
- Sodium carbonate anhydrous
- Carnauba wax
- Talc
- Titanium dioxide
- Purified water
- Acesulfame potassium
Each gum contains a total of 0.4g of these ingredients. Note that they may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea. Additionally, each gum has 11.5mg (0.5 mmol) of sodium, which should be considered by those on a low sodium diet.
Directions for Use
Please refer to the pack leaflet for comprehensive usage instructions. Here is a general guideline:
- Use one gum when you feel the urge to smoke.
- Do not exceed 20 gums in a day.
- After approximately three months, gradually reduce the number of gums chewed each day.
- Once you reach 1-2 pieces per day, you may stop using Nicotinell Gum. This process should ideally be completed within six months from the start of treatment.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if:
- You are under 12 years of age.
- You are a non-smoker.
- The foil seal is broken.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if:
- You are under 18 years of age.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have uncontrolled high blood pressure.
- You have a stomach ulcer, kidney, or liver disease.
- You take insulin for diabetes.
- You have an overactive thyroid or adrenal gland cancer.
- You have had a heart attack or stroke.
- You have circulatory problems.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
