Ingredients
Each piece contains 2mg of nicotine, along with the following ingredients:
- Chewing gum base (containing butylated hydroxytoluene)
- Calcium carbonate
- Gelatin
- Glycerol
- Mannitol
- Menthol
- Sorbitol
- Xylitol
- Saccharin sodium
- Acesulfame potassium
Note: The product may have a laxative effect. Contains sodium, which should be considered by individuals on low sodium diets.
Directions for Use
Refer to the pack leaflet for complete instructions. When experiencing a craving, chew one gum slowly until the taste intensifies. Then 'park' the gum between your gum and cheek to allow nicotine absorption. Repeat this process for approximately 30 minutes. Do not exceed 20 pieces of the 2mg gum in a day. After about three months, gradually reduce gum usage to 1-2 pieces daily, ideally stopping around six months after starting.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if:
- You are under 12 years of age
- You are a non-smoker
- The sachet seal is broken
Consult a healthcare professional before use if:
- You are under 18 years old
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have high blood pressure, stomach ulcer, kidney or liver disease
- You take insulin for diabetes

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
