Ingredients
Active ingredient: Nicotine 4mg (as polacrilex) per gum. Each gum also contains 13mg of Sodium and 5.8mg of Xylitol per recommended daily dose. Note that products containing Xylitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea.
Directions for Use
Before using, please read the pack insert. This gum is intended for adults 18 years and older who smoke 20 or more cigarettes per day.
For immediate cessation of smoking:
- During Weeks 1 to 12: Chew 1 piece when you have the urge to smoke or every 1-2 hours, not exceeding 10 pieces per day.
- After 12 weeks: Gradually reduce to 1-2 pieces per day and then discontinue use.
For reducing smoking:
- Gradually increase gum use (maximum of 10 pieces per day) while reducing smoking, aiming to quit by 6 months. If you have not cut down by 6 weeks or quit by 9 months, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Chew-Park-Chew method:
- Chew gum slowly until the taste is strong or you feel a slight tingling sensation.
- Rest the gum between your cheek and gums.
- Chew again when the taste fades. Repeat until there is no more tingling sensation.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 25°C.
Warnings:
- Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any ingredients.
- Not suitable for individuals under 12 years of age.
- Consult a doctor before use if you have had a stroke or have heart or circulation problems.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
