Ingredients
Each piece contains 4mg of nicotine (as Polacrilex). Additional ingredients include:
- Sucralose
- 13mg Sodium per gum
- 5.8g Xylitol per recommended daily dose
Note: Products containing xylitol may cause a laxative effect or diarrhea.
Directions for Use
Before using, please read the pack insert. This product is intended for adults aged 18 and over who smoke 20 or more cigarettes daily. It can be used in two ways:

Stopping Immediately:
- Chew one piece of gum when you feel an urge to smoke or every 1-2 hours.
- Do not exceed 10 pieces per day.
- Gradually reduce usage to 1-2 pieces per day after 12 weeks.

Cutting Down:
- Increase gum use gradually (maximum 10 pieces per day) while reducing smoking.
- Aim to stop smoking within 6 months. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have not made progress by 6 weeks or have not stopped by 9 months.
To use the gum, follow these steps:
- Chew the gum slowly until the taste is strong or you feel a slight tingling sensation.
- Rest the gum between your cheek and gums.
- Chew again when the taste fades. Repeat until there is no more tingling sensation.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 25°C. Do not use this product if you are:
- Allergic to any of its ingredients.
- Under 12 years of age.

Damaged or Defective Items

Restocking Fees

Return Timeframe

Shipping Damage
