Directions for Use
- Read the pack insert before use.
- For adolescents, use under professional supervision only.

Do not use unless advised by a doctor if you have had a stroke or have heart or circulation problems.
Usage instructions:
- For immediate cessation: During weeks 1 to 12, chew 1 piece when you feel the urge to smoke or every 1-2 hours. Do not exceed 20 pieces per day. After 12 weeks, gradually reduce usage to 1-2 pieces per day before stopping completely.
- For cutting down: Gradually increase gum usage (maximum 20 pieces per day) while reducing smoking, aiming to quit within 6 months. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you haven't reduced smoking after 6 weeks or stopped after 9 months.
- For combination therapy: If you experience cravings while using a single nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), you can use NICORETTE 2mg Gum along with a NICORETTE Patch for enhanced craving relief. Follow patch instructions and aim to chew at least 4 pieces (maximum of 12) of NICORETTE Gum daily.
Chew-Park-Chew Method:
- Chew gum slowly until the taste is strong or a slight tingling sensation is felt.
- Rest the gum between your cheek and gums.
- Chew again when the taste has faded. Repeat until tingling sensation is gone.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 25°C. The packaging is recyclable.

- Hypersensitive to any ingredients.
- Under 12 years of age.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
