Directions for Use
Please follow these directions:

Usage for Stopping Immediately:
During Weeks 1 to 12, use 1 piece when you feel an urge to smoke or every 1-2 hours. Do not exceed 10 pieces per day. After 12 weeks, gradually reduce usage to 1-2 pieces per day and then discontinue use.
Usage for Cutting Down:
Gradually increase gum use (maximum 10 pieces per day) while reducing smoking, aiming to stop by 6 months. If you do not reduce smoking within 6 weeks or stop within 9 months, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Chewing Instructions:
- Chew the gum slowly until the taste is strong or you feel a slight tingling sensation.
- Place the gum between your cheek and gums.
