This product releases therapeutic nicotine to help manage cravings and supports your quit journey. Available in both 2mg and 4mg strengths, the 4mg version is specifically for those who smoke over 20 cigarettes daily, while the 2mg version is for lighter smokers. Nicabate Gum offers craving relief anytime, anywhere, and is a form of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT).

Ingredients

Each piece of Nicabate Gum contains:

  • Nicotine 4mg (equivalent to nicotine polacrilex 28.4mg)
  • Sodium 14mg
  • Sugar alcohols: Mannitol, Maltitol, Xylitol, and Sorbitol (545.7mg per piece)

Note: Products containing sugar alcohol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea. The maximum daily dose contains 5.5g of sugar alcohols.

Directions for Use

To use Nicabate Gum effectively:

  1. Chew one piece slowly until the taste becomes strong (approximately 1 minute).
  2. Park the gum between your gum and cheek until the taste fades.
  3. Chew again when the taste has faded.
  4. Repeat this process for 30 minutes.

Recommended usage timetable:

  • Step 1 - Initial (12 Weeks): Chew 8-10 pieces per day as needed.
  • Step 2 - Step Down (2 Weeks): Use 4-6 pieces per day.
  • Step 3 - Step Off (2 Weeks): Use 1-3 pieces per day, gradually reducing to zero.

Do not use more than 1 piece at a time or exceed 10 pieces per day.

Storage & Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C.

Do not use if:

  • You are under 12 years old.
  • You are allergic to nicotine or any ingredients in the gum.
  • The blister or foil is broken.
  • You have had a heart attack, stroke, or circulation problems unless directed by a doctor.

Consult your doctor before use if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Have uncontrolled high blood pressure.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
