It adheres to itself without the need for adhesive, pins, or clips, allowing for quick and easy application. This wrap is lightweight, conformable, and breathable, making it suitable for sports applications.

Directions for Use
- Unwind 300mm-450mm from the roll to relieve tension before applying.
- Apply the length smoothly without stretching, overlapping the wrap by 5-10mm on each turn. Always unwind more of the wrap before making a turn to avoid excessive tension.
- Repeat the above steps until the wrapping is complete. If the wrap feels uncomfortable or tight, remove it and reapply. Wrap must be removed and reapplied every 24 hours.
- Upon completion, tear by hand or cut off the excess wrap. Secure the end by pressing the last 50-100mm of un-stretched wrap onto itself.
Use the warmth of your hands to apply and mold the self-stick properties.
Storage & Warnings
Always follow the directions for use. Wrapping too tightly may impair circulation and cause serious injury. If you experience tingling, numbness, cold sensation, discomfort, swelling, or skin discoloration, remove the wrap immediately. Children and diabetics are at higher risk of impaired circulation and may not detect symptoms.
Do not place the wrap in direct contact with an open wound; a sterile pad should be placed between the wrap and any wound. This product is for single use only and should not be reused.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
