Directions for Use
- Wash your hands carefully before preparation.
- Thoroughly wash the bottle, teat, and cap, then boil for 5 minutes and leave covered until use.
- Boil drinking water and allow it to cool to lukewarm (40°C).
- Refer to the feeding table. First, pour water into the bottle, then add the formula powder using the scoop provided. Level the scoop using the inner rim of the can.
- Ensure the scoop is dry and store it securely on the inner rim of the can. Close the lid tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place.
- Cap the feeding bottle and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved. Always check the temperature before feeding the baby and feed immediately for safety.
Storage & Warnings
- Must be used within 3 weeks after opening.
- Breast milk is the best option for babies. Consult with a healthcare professional before using this product.
- NAN OPTIPRO 2 should not be used if the infant has a diagnosed cow's milk allergy.
- Follow preparation instructions exactly; incorrect preparation can cause illness. Do not alter the proportions of powder unless directed by a medical professional.
- Not suitable for infants under 6 months. As the infant's diet becomes more varied around 6 months, consult with a healthcare professional before introducing new foods.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
