Directions for Use

To prepare NAN EXPERTpro SENSIpro Baby Formula:

  • Wash your hands carefully.
  • Thoroughly wash the bottle, teat, and cap, and then boil for 5 minutes. Keep covered until use.
  • Boil drinking water and allow it to cool until lukewarm (40°C).
  • Refer to the feeding table. First, pour the water into the bottle. Then, add the powder using only the provided scoop, leveling it with the inner rim of the can.
  • Ensure the scoop is dry and suspend it on the inner rim of the can. Close the lid tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place.
  • Cap the feeding bottle and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved. Check the temperature before feeding your baby. It is safer to feed immediately after preparation.

Storage & Warnings

Must be used within 4 weeks after opening.

Warning: Breast milk is best for babies. Before using this product, consult your doctor or healthcare professional for advice. Follow preparation instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not alter the proportions of powder unless advised by a medical professional. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill. Infants over 6 months of age will require additional nourishment.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization

    Supplier Information

    Shipping Damage

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
