Directions for Use
For adults only: Take 3 tablets daily with water, or as directed by your health professional. If you have difficulty swallowing tablets, you may break, cut, or crush the tablet before consuming. Swallow with a glass of water.
Storage & Warnings
This product contains 15 mg of caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee typically contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. It is not recommended to exceed a total caffeine intake of 200 mg per day during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness. Contains vitamin B6 and sulfites. If symptoms persist, consult your health professional. Vitamins and minerals are beneficial only if dietary intake is inadequate.
This product is blister sealed for your protection. Do not use if the tamper evident seal or blistering is broken or damaged. Store below 25°C.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
