Ingredients
Precision Wax Wand: Sucrose, Aqua (Water), Phoenix Dactylifera (Date) Seed Extract, Mel (Honey), Acetum (Vinegar), Citrus Limon (Lemon) Juice, Glycerin, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid, CI 19140 (Yellow 5), CI 42090 (Blue 1).
Pre Wax Cleansing Wipes: Aqua (Water), Coco-Glucoside, Decyl Glucoside, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Parfum (Fragrance), Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol.
Directions for Use
- Ensure skin is clean, dry, and free of oils and moisturizers.
- Rub the wand briskly between palms and twist to release the gel.
- Apply the gel to unwanted hair using the wand, shaping your eyebrow as desired.
- Place the strip over the gel and smooth it down firmly 3-4 times in the direction of hair growth.
- Hold the skin taut and pull the strip back quickly in the opposite direction of hair growth.
Storage & Warnings
Store the product below 30°C in a dry, moisture-free environment away from direct sunlight. Do not microwave the wand.
Waxing may not be suitable for the elderly or diabetics. Avoid using if you are taking oral retinoids or using topical retin A. Do not use on sunburnt, dry, flaky, broken, or irritated skin, or on areas such as warts, pimples, moles, wounds, or varicose veins. If you have had any adverse reactions to waxes in the past, refrain from use.
Do not use on the nipple, scalp, perineal, or genital areas. Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours prior to full application. Wait at least 15 minutes after showering before use.
After use, avoid applying antiperspirant, perfume, after-shave, or astringent lotion on the treated area for 24 hours. If discomfort, burning sensation, or bruising occurs, apply a cold compress. If irritation persists for over 24 hours, seek medical advice.
Protect the gel from water contact, as it may become ineffective. Do not store in the bathroom.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
