Murine Eye Mist Spray is designed to moisturize and refresh dry and tired eyes. This preservative-free formula gently hydrates the eye area, making it suitable for individuals who experience discomfort due to factors such as prolonged computer use, aging, or contact lens wear.
By restoring and stabilizing the natural tear film, Murine Eye Mist reduces moisture loss. The eye mist applies liposome particles onto closed eyelids, effectively maintaining moisture in and around the eyes.

Ingredients
The formulation includes:
- Liposystem complex
- Boric acid
- Sodium tetraborate
- Sodium chloride
- Natural extracts of:
- Capparis spinosa
- Helichrysum italicum
- Euphrasia officinalis
- Glycyrrhiza glabra
It is an isotonic solution buffered at pH 7.2.
Directions for Use
- Hold the spray 10 cm away from the eye.
- Close your eyes and spray directly onto each eyelid 1 to 2 times.
- Keep your eyes closed for 4-5 seconds to allow the liposome particles to spread across the eye surface.
- Avoid touching the spray pump to your eyes or any other surface.
- Do not spray the product directly onto open eyes.
Use as often as needed. For further information, refer to the enclosed leaflet. Murine Eye Mist can be used until the expiry date. The product remains sterile after first opening and can be used until the expiry date. Store below 25°C and away from heat. Do not freeze.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
