Directions for Use

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Wash hands thoroughly before preparation. Carefully wash and rinse the sippy cup.
  2. Fill the sippy cup with the required quantity of safe drinking water.
  3. Using only the provided scoop, fill with powder and level off using the built-in leveler. Add the required quantity of powder to the sippy cup.
  4. Close the lid and shake the sippy cup until the powder has completely dissolved.
  5. Discard any unused milk after each feed.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Shipping Damage

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
